What is a Pro Fit Challenge all about?

PRO FIT 24 and our transformation program CAMP PRO FIT host several types of challenges throughout the year. Each challenge can vary from 4 to 12 weeks in length and have different goals for the challenge participant. Challenge goals can be getting back on track with a healthy
nutrition lifestyle to weight loss, muscle gain, cleansing, improving lifestyle, and quick plans for a little quicker weight loss for events such as an upcoming vacation, wedding, or photo shoot.

Each Challenge includes beginning/end 3D Styku body scans, beginning/end progress pictures, 24/7 gym access, a workout program, a cardio program, a meal guide specific to the challenge or your choice meal guide, and accountability chat group access with options
including unlimited group fitness sessions. Pricing options are based on the challenge length and are subject to each franchise/affiliate location’s discretion. Some challenges will be done across all locations while some might be hosted by just particular locations.

*Once this form is submitted Pro Fit 24 is notified by email. A staff member will contact you to set up a time for your first visit and/or group session. For your free trail account set up you must come in during our staffed hours. You’ll be required to show valid/ current I.D., sign a liability waiver, go over the gym rules, cleaning protocol and download our app. The app is used to access the gym front door and to sign up for group fitness sessions. You have 5 consecutive days to use your pass from your start date. You will have 24/7 access to the facility and unlimited group fitness sessions. VISITORS: This pass is ONLY for those who live locally and wishing to try out the gym with an interest in joining. If you are visiting from out of town you must purchase a day pass to workout. Day pass are $10 and can be purchased during staffed hours. Week passes are $30. One month pass $60.
