Camp Pro Fit

Camp Pro Fit is a crossing training fitness camp that combines Boot Camp, Strength Training, Kickboxing, Spin, Conditioning and more! This is a 45 minute group class where everyone motivates each other. Exercises can be modified or intensified making it suitable for all fitness levels, ages as well as goals.

Each class has circuits of cardio and strength training with new workouts each day. This can be anything from push ups, to jump rope, sprintskickboxingspinning, rowing, jumping jacks, battle rope, sandbag slamsdumbbell/barbell exercises, etc.  The amount of weight lifted and the intensity used will depend on each individual’s goals and fitness level. The Strength training varies day to day between super sets, giant sets, drop sets, dynamic sets, etc… It will change up each workout. You’ll never know what we’ll be doing in camp day to day!

Each week in our training cycle is different style of training so your muscles get challenged and don’t get used to the same training style over and over again.

4 Week training cycle

Cardio Driven

Week 1

Interval Training
  • High cardio week. Intervals of light resistance/body weight resistance exercises with cardio. Intervals can be time based, rep based, partner rep based, etc. HIT, Tabata, Light resistance Met/Con, etc.

Week 2

Muscle Endurance
  • High cardio week. Light/medium resistance exhausting the muscles with high reps 20, 30, 50 , 100 or a series of reps with control and minimal rest so muscles fatigue.

Strength Driven

Week 3

Muscle Building
  • Heavy lifting week. Heavy resistance; Lower rep range 8, 10, 12 normaly, sometimes 15 if doing certain exercises; Minimal or no cardio except for a warmup; Body builidng style training; muscle failure; single exercises, supersets, drop sets; giant sets; scheduled rest/recovery time; controled movements; end with a finisher.

Week 4

Strength and Power
  • Heavy lifting week. Heavy lifting with power type moves mixed in.
    Staying in the 8-15 rep range; power moves; plyo moves; heavier resistance Met/Con;
    Can also be single exercises, supersets, drop sets, giant sets, and end with a finisher.

Split week & Saturdays

Week 5

Anything Goes
  • Any style of training can be done. Can be extra hard or a recovery week.

OUR MUSCLE SCHEDULE

Our muscle schedule is designed to give your muscles rest days. Each day of the week we focus on different muscle groups and the muscle schedule changes each month. You can join anytime during the 4 week cycle. Each day is a new workout. Exercises can be altered to suit any fitness level. If you’re advanced, we can increase the intensity and if you’re a beginner, exercises can be modified. If you don’t know anything about exercise or weight lifting, we’ll teach you. Classes are unlimited so you may attend as many as you like.

Cancellations

This program is billed monthly on the day you sign up. If you are on the month to month billing – To cancel you must give a 30 day notice by cancelling in your account in the app. If you are on a 6/12 month contract before your contract is up do to any circumstances, you must fill out a cancellation form found on our website. To terminate your contract, you will have to put in a 30 days notice and be responsible for paying an early termination fee of 25% of the remaining months left on your term at the time of cancelling.

*Once this form is submitted Pro Fit 24 is notified by email. A staff member will contact you to set up a time for your first visit and/or group session. For your free trail account set up you must come in during our staffed hours. You’ll be required to show valid/ current I.D., sign a liability waiver, go over the gym rules, cleaning protocol and download our app. The app is used to access the gym front door and to sign up for group fitness sessions. You have 5 consecutive days to use your pass from your start date. You will have 24/7 access to the facility and unlimited group fitness sessions. VISITORS: This pass is ONLY for those who live locally and wishing to try out the gym with an interest in joining. If you are visiting from out of town you must purchase a day pass to workout. Day pass are $10 and can be purchased during staffed hours. Week passes are $30. One month pass $60.
